3.      Consultancy Fees: Fees for consultancy services are agreed upon before commencement and are non-refundable once services have been rendered, regardless of the outcome of the visa application.

4.      Service Scope: The Consultant provides guidance on visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures based on current information available at the time of consultation. Visa regulations are subject to change, and the Consultant does not guarantee the approval of any visa application or work visa.

5.      Confidentiality: The Consultant agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding all information provided by the client, except where required by law to disclose such information.

6.      Liability: The Consultant shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by the client as a result of actions taken or decisions made by immigration authorities or other relevant entities.

7.      Cancellation: Either party may terminate the consultancy agreement by providing written notice. In such cases, any fees paid for services not yet rendered may be refunded at the discretion of the Consultant.

8.      Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

9.      Amendments: The Consultant reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the consultancy services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

By engaging the services of  New Pak Visa Consultancy, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions, including the understanding that the Consultant does not guarantee the approval of any visa application or work visa.
